Product quality is managed by the Quality Control Department under HACCP and GMP , to ensure that all the foods processed are safe for consumption.

QC staff in production lines check and monitor quality at every stage of the production process. A special QC laboratory is used to undertake regular microbiological tests on products as well as on the quality of ice , water and ingredients.

The company has been operating under ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standards since February 2003 and received full certification from SGS
